A professional photographer will dress your property and sell the holiday lifestyle associated with it for just 80 Euros, enabling you to reach out in style to a wider audience.
IF Property Management provides a complete service giving you total piece of mind. This service includes:
- Key collection and holding
- Monthly check on your property with regular reports sent to inform you of any shortages and damages, including
- Water and plumbing checked
- Electrics; all white goods tried and checked
- All light fittings and lamps checked and bulbs replaced where necessary
- Furniture and soft furnishing inventory checked
- Pools, outdoor terraces and patios checked
- General condition and decor checked
- Mailboxes emptied and any mail forwarded to a nominated address
- Ad Hoc visits - we check your property if there have been storms, flooding or any other unforeseen event.
- Customers are automatically entered into our linen & towel pool
- Check ins & Check outs with deposit taken and then returned to the tenant when no breakages are reported. Most other companies charge their clients for check-ins & check-outs.
IF always asks permission first before instructing any maintenance/repair work to be carried out and before replacing any items. Charges will be included on your monthly statement and payment will be due within 7 days of the statement date. Payment in advance may sometimes be required for larger amounts.
